people often ask: “how did you get started with weddings?
after a disenchanting few years in the tech industry, I found myself looking for a new challenge.I was particularly called to wedding planning in my research, and decided on a certification program in wedding planning from the Association of Bridal consultants.
I then spent the next three years training with a seasoned local wedding planner, layering my educational foundation with practical experience. following that, I spent two years working alongside a renowned local luxury wedding planner, rounding out my education at all levels to have a comprehensive understanding of the wedding planning process - from start to finish.
furthermore, since opening my own company, I’ve remained committed to continuing education each and every year. whether that’s through attending educational conferences and seminars taught by industry-leading speakers, participating in networking events with local thought-leaders or continuing to partner with other inspiring creatives in the wedding industry. it’s vitally important to me that I never stop growing & connecting with the community I call home.
